Jobs.

I write this on my bed, on a sunny, hot and happy day. My window is open and I love the gentle wind

Let's assume you work from age 20 to 60, and will live until age 80. You are 16 hours awake, and 8 hours is spent on working.

Almost quarter of your total life, and almost half of your life from age 20 to 60 is spent on what you do as "work".

Your job is not just a way to make money so that you can "live your life" outside work. It is half of your life. It is exactly as important as what you do on weekends and after work

If you were to come to this life with an empty skill set, what would you learn to do? Forget about money. What would make you the happiest? Cooking? Sailing?

Now stop, and think. What is it?

It is there for you to take it. World is just waiting on its own, and giving everything to whomever wants. In your mind, create the possibility of you getting everything you want.

Create the possibility that you get paid for what you would do on a regular day for fun.

There will never be a perfect time. It is not late, and you can mess up - that's fine. Do it. Do it now. Or else, it means that you have just accepted to spend half of your remaining time in this life in a mediocre way.

This is a very old and peaceful song
